Curricular innovations: Developed structured clinical curriculum around KSA’s based on work sampling data. High fidelity human simulation development incorporated Crew Resource Management and Crisis Team Training/Rapid Response Team for clinical courses across the curriculum. Faculty Development: Created and implemented reflective tools for personal and professional development (journaling, video playback of simulation and debriefing). Application of human factors analysis to create a culture of quality and safety.
Teaching and learning assessment strategies: Developed a process for testing due diligence to insure transparency and a just culture for students.
