I integrated the graduate level QSEN competencies into our Nursing and Healthcare Administration graduate program. I teach patient safety concepts in several different NP and graduate programs.(Acute care, Primary care and Nursing Administration). I consulted in the clinical area on the development of patient safety champions and leadership in patient safety. I have worked with AHRQ culture of Safety tool
