QSEN Expertise

The USD Nursing QSEN team focused on the areas of curricular innovation, faculty development, and creation of key learning activities.  QSEN competencies have been an integral part of ongoing development of a re-designed curriculum.  A core team of “QSEN Ambassadors” assisted with faculty development through local and program-wide meetings and creation of a QSEN newsletter.  Key learning activities involving simulation and clinical toolkits were created.
