Program Experience
BSN and GraduateQSEN Expertise
I led the team at Emory that pilot tested integrating QSEN competencies (quality improvement, safety) across senior level professional development and clinical courses). I developed a 6-week module for students conducting a QI exercise including faculty mentor guidelines. In addition, I have been working on interdisciplinary competencies in healthcare design that include competencies in teamwork and quality.
