BSN, ABSN, GraduateQSEN Expertise
I have been the principal investigator leading national QSEN initiatives since 2005. My early work in research utilization in practice settings evolved into expertise in evidence-based practice and quality improvement. When I became dean at UNC-Chapel Hill, my interests focused on how to prepare graduates who would be committed to and capable of continuously improving the health care systems in which they work. My specific area of expertise is QSEN-related faculty development.
