QSEN National Forum - June 2-4, 2010

Climbing from Good to Great

The 2010 Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) National Forum will take place in Denver, Colorado on June 2-4. This conference is designed to attract innovators and nurture faculty leaders for the improvement of quality and safety education through exposure to innovations in curricular design and teaching strategies, research related to quality and safety education, and quality improvement or safety studies.

The deadline for submitting abstracts - January 10, 2010 - has now passed. Thank you for your submissions!

QSEN Education Consortium Institutes

Organized under the AACN grant, the QSEN Education Consortium Institutes will use a train-the-trainer approach to enhance the ability of nursing faculty to effectively develop quality and safety competencies among graduates of their programs. The 2010 institutes are listed below with their application deadlines:

• June 9-11, 2010 - Palo Alto, CA (March 31, 2010)
  * This event is limited to the San Francisco Bay Area
• September 22-24, 2010 - Minneapolis, MN (July 1, 2010)
• January 12-14, 2011 - Phoenix, AZ (November 4, 2010)
• March 16-18, 2011 - Chicago, IL (January 17, 2011)
• June 8-10, 2011 - Boston, MA (April 4, 2011)
